- Use the Service for illegal purposes

- Submit any content that is dangerous, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, violent, obscene or otherwise objectionable

- Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code for, or information related to, the Services

- Bypass or subvert any security devices or safeguards employed by the Services, or access or use the Services by unauthorized users by using valid access credentials

- Distribute, post, send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages (i.e. "spam")

Violation of any of the above, we will have the right to terminate the service to you.

4. Reservation of rights

Allegro Cloud reserves all rights not expressly granted to customers in this Agreement. Except for the limited rights and licenses expressly granted herein, nothing in this Agreement confers, by implication, waiver, estoppel, or otherwise, to the customers or any third parties any intellectual property or other right, title or interest.

5. Change

Allegro Cloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to periodically check this Agreement for changes. Your continued use of or access to the site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

6. Termination

Allegro Cloud reserves the right to terminate any of your access to this site with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Allegro Cloud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether you have violated any of the restrictions set forth in these terms.

NEITHER ALLEGRO CLOUD NOR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WARRANT THAT THIS WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED.
